HE AINT DED GURL. We don't know what happens to Arrancar's when they die, it's possible because they were first hollows that gained Soul Reaper powers that they would become human's or something. I wouldn't be surprised if he only died as his hollow half and is alive with no memory or idk or alive somewhere with just his soul reaper powers.
